Program Information

The Dresden Fire Department Junior Firefighter Program is designed to give area youth an insight of the Fire & EMS service. Junior members will have endless education opportunities. The group will function as a subsidiary of the Dresden Fire Department and will be held accountable as according. Junior members will have regular scheduled meetings, trainings, and other special events. Members are encouraged to attend all department functions including runs as allowed by law. After completing a tender in the junior firefighter program, members will have an opportunity to become a full member of the Dresden Fire Department and pursue certifications as a EMT and / or firefighter. .

The Dresden Fire Department Junior Firefighter Program will be ran by a program coordinator. The program coordinator will be assisted by other fire department members, all whom are dedicated to educating our areas youth in Fire & EMS.
